Two pillow packers are connected to the cartoning machine, and eight bags of drugs are automatically boxed:
1. The materials wrapped in pillows will enter the servo fly conveyor belt of the connecting feeder in turn, and the servo partition conveyor belt will move one compartment quickly after each compartment is fed with four bags of materials, so that each compartment will be loaded with four bags of materials stacked up and down, and the material handling push mechanism will push the eight bags of materials in the two compartments at the push out position together to complete a group of eight bags of aggregate. Push the cartoner mechanism to push a group of six packs of materials into the cartoner conveyor belt compartment.
2. The two pillow balers feed at the front and rear sides of the cartoning machine: in order to ensure the stability of the feed, the function of waiting for material in the rear section of the feed.
3. The optical fiber of the suction signal of the cartoning machine detects that there is material (no material idling) in the conveyor belt compartment, and the certificate of conformity is added at the appropriate position. At the same time, the box suction command is output. The pushing mechanism pushes the material into the open carton at the pushing station, and the finished product is output after the carton is sealed by closing the small tongue and spraying glue. Unqualified products are removed.
